It's an absolutely fabulous place, fairly clean. Every staff member is exceptional and pleasant and strives to meet your needs. The room is quiet and updated, comes with shower, updated bathroom and bath. As for me location is marvellous and perfect, really close to the Tower, the Wintergardens and all the big named shops, shop and Houndshill shopping centre. Thanks very much guys for the service!
